- Heat stove or fire up the grill to medium/high heat.
- Grease a nonstick skillet with a light coat of olive oil or butter.
- Place frozen patties on the grill or in a skillet.
- Cook for approximately 3 1/2 minutes on each side, or until browned on the outside.
- Add a pinch of your favorite seasoning while each side is cooking. Bon Appétit!
Store burgers in the freezer for up to 5 months. Refrigerate burgers for up to three weeks.
